Stray Cat Events is looking for a Keynote Specialist / Graphic Designer to join our creative team. We produce award shows, large‑scale live events, and high‑impact presentation content and we need someone who can build accurate decks at speed.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Building Keynote decks for award shows, sponsor loops, and live event content
  • Creating slides using templates, brand guidelines, and event screen specs
  • Applying animations, transitions, and builds with precision
  • Integrating Photoshop assets into Keynote
  • Managing your workflow from brief → build → QC → delivery
  • Preparing final exports, backups, and tidy asset folders
  • Collaborating with Creative and Production teams

  • Good proficiency in Apple Keynote (animations, builds, master slides, templates)
  • Confident in Photoshop for asset prep
  • Good typography, layout, and visual consistency

Responsibilities

Keynote Production

  • Build and populate Keynote decks for award shows, sponsor loops, and live event content
  • Apply animations, transitions, and builds with accuracy and consistency
  • Integrate Photoshop assets into Keynote, ensuring correct formatting and optimisation
  • Maintain version control, file hygiene, and delivery‑ready exports

Quality Control

  • Follow Stray Cat’s internal QC standards, including:
  • Alignment and layout precision
  • Typography consistency
  • Animation timing and sequencing
  • Brand and visual identity adherence
  • Perform QC on your own work

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with Creative and Production teams
  • Attend creative reviews and project meetings to understand timelines and dependencies
  • Communicate clearly with Creative and Production teams regarding task progress, blockers, and delivery expectations
  • Support live event delivery cycles

Workflow Ownership

  • Manage tasks from brief → build → QC → delivery
  • Prepare final files for delivery, including exports, backups, and organised asset folders
  • Contribute ideas for visual improvements and workflow efficiency

Essential skills

  • Proficiency in Keynote
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
  • Excellent typography, layout, and visual consistency skills
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately
  • Comfortable receiving feedback and collaborating with creative teams
  • Organised with strong file‑management discipline
